The REAPS Journey reflects a legacy of education, collaboration, and investor success. What began as a local gathering of real estate professionals has grown into a trusted community serving investors across the Greater Seattle area.

About REAPS

Founded in 1983 by a small group of committed Seattle-area real estate investors, REAPS began with a simple mission: create a place where serious investors could learn, connect, and build wealth together.

What started as a single monthly meeting has grown into one of the region’s longest-standing real estate investor communities.

In 1986, REAPS became an official chapter of the National REIA (National Real Estate Investors Association), strengthening our national connections while maintaining our strong local focus throughout the Puget Sound region.

For over four decades, REAPS has been a place where investors move from theory to action. Our members range from active wholesalers and landlords to commercial operators and long-term wealth builders.
